A: We are located in Columbus, Ohio and we offer in-store shopping, curbside pickup, nationwide and international shipping option

Q: How soon will I get my order?

A: All in-stock items ship out after 1-2 business days. Backordered items may take longer. Either way, you will be notified. International shipping takes longer (1-4 weeks)

Q: Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

A: Yes, you can cancel your order within the 48-hour processing window

Q: Can I change my address or redirect my package to another address?

A: Yes, you can change your address or redirect your package within 24 hours of placing your orders by sending an email to naijasoulfoods@gmail.com for the correction to be made.

Q: Can I return my order after receiving it?

A: Defective or damaged items can be returned for a 100% refund in store credit within 7 days of delivery. The refund will be processed after the item has been confirmed as returned.
